Sebastián Arias has graduated from the Universidad de la República in 2019 with a degree in Law and Social Sciences. He specializes in advising national and foreign clients on commercial and corporate matters. He provides strategic advisory services, participates in contentious legal areas, as well as in due diligence processes, and implementation of corporate restructurings.
